Tertiary mathematics is a subject that requires a deep understanding of concepts and principles. Students are encouraged to break down complex concepts into smaller, more manageable parts that can assist with their understanding, and allow them to see the bigger picture. This is of utmost importance at the tertiary level, where problems are almost never straightforward, and require students to draw concepts from different topics.

Building upon knowledge, is relentless practice and reinforcement. To be well-prepared for examinations, students will have to be exposed a wide variety of question types and formats that are commonly tested in examinations. In addition, students will also be coached on skills tackle complex and foreign questions that might be asked of them.
